Voter Gravity Hack of the Month: Adding the App Icon to Your Mobile Device

As a web based platform, Voter Gravity can be accessed across several different mobile device systems. This allows for the system to be used on any mobile device without the hassle of requiring certain specifications in order to run the program. And even though Voter Gravity does not offer a downloadable app to your device, users can still replicate the ease of access of a handy app icon.

A Voter Gravity icon can be added to your mobile device’s menu by following the steps listed below:

For Android devices:

  1. Go to https://voter.mobi/.
  2. Select the menu button and click ‘Add shortcut to home.’
  3. An icon will then be created on your phone’s home screen.

For iPhone devices:

  1. Go to https://voter.mobi/.
  2. Select the ‘share’ button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Next, click ‘Add to Home Screen.’
  4. Then, click ‘Add.’
  5. An icon will then be created on your phone’s home screen.

Once the icon has been added, clicking this link will immediately open up to the mobile login screen. This handy tip allows ease of access for volunteers while canvassing and will offer a more streamline method for logging in while on the move.
